Return and Exchange Policy
At Yeheic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at service@yeheic.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return. We will refund your original form of payment, less any shipping fees, within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please email our customer service team at service@yeheic.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Once we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange, we will send out the new item(s) as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Items must be returned or exchanged in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item(s) received were defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the item(s) requested.
